Must have M12 Vacuum Tool
1 of 1 found this helpful Great product from a great tool company. If you have other M12 tools, this one is a 'must have'. If not, buy a charger and spare battery, and join the club. Rugged construction, but not overly heavy or ackward. Far superior to the other 'dustbusters' and hand vacs we have owned in the past. With a charger and spare battery, you can use the tool all day if you need to, since the recharging cycle is fast. Incidentally, I suggest that you get a Milwaukee M12 bluetooth speaker, another great tool, so you can listen to some tunes while you vacuum.

Easy DIY home improvement!
Product is designed for garage doors with 1/4" parallel tracks. Take the time to measure your old seal and the track ends. If you have bigger tracks, then get another size. If this product fits your door, then gently drive a slotted screwdriver into the end of the tracks just enough to un-do the crimping done by the last installation. Then lub the tracks with silicone spray, and slide in the new seal - and it is indeed a two person job as one person is needed to align the seal with the track ends as it feeds, and the other person is needed to pull the seal toward the other end of the door. Definitely an easy DIY job if you take your time and be sure to keep the seal in the tracks. Well worth the price.

DO YOUR HOMEWORK!
B&S made countless engines with numerous different carbs over the years. I suggest that you find your engine number before ordering replacement parts (check the valve cover if you don't have the owner's manual). B&S has parts manuals on its website where you should be able to find the OEM part number of your carb and components. Once you have the OEM part number then you should be ready to find the right replacement part. It's a lot faster getting the right part when you know the right part number. As for the quality, I like the B&S OEM quality - its as good as the rest of my engine.
