Product has been changed
Centrum has changed the product indicated by "new improved with more vitamin D" or something to that effect. The problem is that more concentrated binders or fillers have been added to the product to accommodate thie increased quantity of this vitamin. I was ready to go to the emergency room with severe abdominal pains and constipation. I decided to wait and discontinue taking the new formula and several days
Later, I felt much better. My recommendation is, do not take this vitamin.

Most will fail after a few weeks.
Failure rate of 80 percent or so.
