Nice until it breakss
0 of 1 found this helpful The carafe cracked after 4 weeks of use. Customer support at bonavita is ridiculous. I want to replace the carafe and I keep getting a link to open tip as the only retailer that stocks these.They offer a 5 cup carafe not a 8 cup that I need. This has been very frustrating It's too bad as it was a good brewer fast and hot but I can't recommend as the manufacturer does not stand by its products
