Keeping it cool
I ordered spare fans after discovering that the cooling fan on one of my Lenovo W500 laptops was only reaching 2800 RPM vs 4800 RPM for the other. Replaced the slow fan per Lenovo FRU replacement instructions. Now both laptops are running cool.

Works as intended for a reasonable price
Appears well made. Works well. Good value for the price.

Very nice reliable and easy to use phone
The phone overall is a pleasure to use. There are only a few quibbles.
1) It could benefit from removable microSD storage to complement built-in flash;
2) A replaceable battery would extend its life;
3) Google really should spend more effort on usability testing of the Android OS and its applications. Both Android and Google apps seem increasingly to take more clicks than should be needed, and hide commonly needed settings in increasingly hard to find places.
