These are great if you need to give your...
These are great if you need to give your Scout reduced reach bars. Only modification will need to be a longer clutch cable. The fit and finish is great, price was the best on the internet and next day delivery to boot. Very easy to install with a helper and reading through the instruction sheet that came with it once. Did this for my wife and she is ecstatic with the way her bike feels now, she s way more comfortable and can t wait to get on the road with this modification.

Top quality at bargain price
This scope is a fantastic option for anyone wanting a quality optic at a bargain price. Vortex is known for producing quality optics at very competitive prices and this is no exception. The glass is as clear as any scope I have seen from any competitor in the same price range and even some that are much more expensive. The adjustments are extremely easy to make and you don't have to carry a screwdriver with you, just pull a dime out of your pocket and it will fit the turret screws perfectly. It has very precise 1/4 MOA adjustment per click and it zeroes easily. The eye relief is pretty good, but it is a very narrow range where you have no parallax from being too close or too far away. At full magnification you do get a little bit of a fuzzy halo around the outer edge, but otherwise everything is perfectly clear throughout the entire field of view and range of magnification. This scope also has the same warranty as Vortex's more expensive offerings despite being made by a contracted manufacturer for Vortex. Mounted on a Ruger American .308 it is perfect for target shooting and coyote hunting from 50-200 yards. It is durable and will hold zero even on the lightweight Ruger with above average recoil. This scope is offered with different magnifications and different reticles to suit your taste and every one is guaranteed to be a quality piece by Vortex or they will take care of your problem no questions asked. When in the market for a scope in the future this will definitely be on my short list.

Just a single shot without it.
You need it, but it is overpriced, even from the original manufacturer. The quality is what you would expect from Mossberg.
