    I originally received the wrong item and had some difficulty receiving a response from the seller, but eventually they sent out the correct springtails and resolved the issue. The springtails are good quality. They arrived in good condition, alive and well-packaged. The value is great - received a bunch of healthy little guys in clay. The springtails looks super cute. They're just darker than the image on the listing, but are the correct species. Don't expect them to be as vibrant.

    I just have to say this is the MOST thoughtful seller when it comes to packaging. My dubias arrived alive. Their container is clean and secured with tape, packed securely in a box. Definitely will be buying from again. Just had some other insects delivered by another seller and it was soooo disappointing. I just had to leave a review for y’all.     The post office mangled the package and unfortunately the springtails paid the price. The isopods arrived allive and healthy. The seller went above and beyond to rectify the situation even though it was the fault of the postal system. I cannot recommend enough.

    Very please with my order! I ordered 1000 powder orange isopods and as far as I could tell, every single one arrived alive. At first I thought the shipping was a little pricey, but the 20% discount when purchasing 4 or more items basically paid for it. Plus, they got here (1700 miles) within about 36 hours of ordering.
