Complete Garbage
As a light, this thing is worthless. You might use the base as a paper weight otherwise you'll throw this thing in the garbage shortly after you receive it. Complete waste of time and money. Cost more to return it than it's worth. Gives ebay a bad name.

Should be considered an ebay scam!
I could take the time to tell you how flimsy this so call "Transparent Plastic Cover Enclosure" is and compare it to other plastic cases but that would take more time than this product deserves. Let me sum up this review by simply saying "Save your money and use a plastic sandwich bag". You be money ahead and have a better product!

Kinivo 501BN 5 port HDMI beats buying additional monitors hands down
The Kinivo 501BN HDMI switch is easy to use but I must qualify my answer regarding "Good Value". When eliminating the need for additional monitors it is indeed a good value but the quality of the device is lacking. On my particular unit the HDMI contact ports were not a good match for the cable ends. This allows the cable to move around enough to lose contact and require a little jiggling to restore video. I had to place the unit in such a way as to prevent other items on my desk from accidentally moving the cable after which everything works OK.
The remote is another issue. It is very poor quality and I expect it to fail long before the main unit. I'm old school and my first similar unit controlled the monitor, mouse and keyboard all of which had to be connected to the base unit. Even so it was very robust and so well made that after years of abuse it still worked right up to the point that it became obsolete. Never before has the old saying been more true, "They just don't make things the way they use to." Of course it is also true we don't make most things anymore. And they call this progress.
Finally. Given all of the above I would still purchase the Kinivo 501BN because it eliminates the need for additional monitors.
