Kill The Luddite In You!
This unit was for my wife who was starting to monopolize mine. I'm not going to review the iPad. It's enough to say that we both have one now and they both get tons of use. It is not a replacement for a full size computer but I frequently take mine as my only computer on 3-4 days trips and rarely miss my laptop.
In my wife's case, I have been trying to get her to use eMail for 10 years. After getting her own iPad she eMails all the time.

Best Small Digital Camera
2 of 2 found this helpful This is my 3rd Canon SD series camera. I bought each to get new features and the oldest is still working fine.
There's is nothing bad about this but as a compact digital it has its limitations. You can't have everything with something this convenient but it takes great pictures, is fast to turn on and shoot, and very small. The face focus and image stabilization are excellent.
Of course the best thing is it has a viewfinder. Nothing irritates me more in a camera than having to put on my reading glasses to look at a stupid LCD to frame a shot. The viewfinder on this is small but totally satisfactory for quickly framing a shot.
This one is a keeper.

Great for Motorcycling
These earbuds together with the Etymotic Alteration from the RabbitDragon eBay store are an excellent tool for providing good quality sound without interfering with essential exterior sounds while riding my motorcycle. Nothing will ever match studio quality on a motorcycle doing 65 mph, but these allow me to enjoy my music while blocking harmful wind noise and still hear sirens, horns and other essential road sounds.
The only bad part is I keep losing them so I'm now on my fourth set and I'll keep buying them when I need to. They are great.
