High failure rate, can't be counted on
I was very disappointed. After just 300 copies the "Red" cartridge failed; left 1" red border on both sides of printout. Contacted company and they offered to replace the cartridge; great, except I had important papers to turn in within days. Bought a red cartridge locally and pressed on. After printing another 100 - 150 pages, the Black" cartridge failed. This time black smudges and spots were left all over the printouts. Did not contact the company this time. With a 50%, and maybe higher, fail rate on these cartridges, I don't want any replacements. I need a product I can count on.
