PnP all day Baby
Was able to plug it into my car without having to have it 'Flashed' as some people claimed I would need to do. Don't know if the fact that my old unit and the one I purchased here were only 11 unit numbers apart from one another made that difference but it works just fine after about 6 cold starts. I like the idea that it has a 1-year warranty.
