The headlight's Playstore "App" appears to be missing which reduces usability.
The App that supports this LED light is apparently no longer available or has been pulled off google Playstore for some reason. This was the App's QR code provided in the user manual.
id=com.poweradd.apk
I also searched the Playstore for 'poweradd' and the playstore also couldn't find any relevant app using that term. I then tried searching for any bike light control apps and again couldn't find any App that applied to this device...so I think it's just gone.
The app is required to change functionality of the light settings (which also affects battery drain), and that can't be done without the App so the light's usability is reduced.
I also don't like the rubber-band mounting system, but a good point is that it came with an tiny plastic adapter that lets you directly replace the existing LED light that comes on many electric-bikes. However, many of these manufacturer installed bike headlights are a combination light/horn, you would lose the horn if you replace the default light with just a light (like this one). I also couldn't tell if the plastic adapter will hold up after installation...it looks a bit delicate.
Otherwise, it's a decent light with an excellent light pattern and brightness, far superior to the manufacturer supplied 36V light. But not having the App to control the light fully and properly is very disappointing.
(note: I generally don't prefer devices like this that are dependent on an "App" for EXACTLY this reason. You never know when the App will disappear. Devices like this should be standalone or provide everything you need in the box)

Needs Higher-capacity Battery Design (e.g. two 18650's) and Black-anodized Aluminum Casing
This would be a MUCH better item if it had a decent battery capacity (such as two 18650 cells).
Two tiny 16340's are simply inadequate.
Also, needs a version that comes in black anodized aluminum instead of any shiny metal.
Shiny aluminum metal has much greater ability to re-reflect a reflected laser beam into unexpected directions...not desirable with high-power lasers.
Black anodized aluminum (NOT painted black) would greatly reduce such reflections...as well as provides an alternative cosmetic selling point.

Two cheap design changes would significantly improve product reliability and usability
SENSOR CORROSION
The water detector grid needs to be gold plated to prevent corrosion. With gold plating severe corrosion of the sensor will either destroy sensor or render it incapable of detecting water over time. And, it's cheap. Just a few micro-inches of gold plating would substantially reduce corrosion of the sensor. (note: another reviewer also mentioned his/her sensor grid was severely corroded.
Also, since nearly the full 9VDC is across the sensor poles, electrolysis will occur as well because there is no sacrificial anode. Gold plating will help the sensor last longer as well. In my other water alarm sensor, I replaced the sensor grid with a couple of wires where the last inch or so of the wires had been gold-plated. They've lasted years and the alarm remains completely functional.
BATTERY LIFE SHOUD BE LONGER
The audible alert should be changed to "chirp" for a few seconds every 30 seconds or so. The constant tone depletes a typical 9V battery in minutes or perhaps an hour or two, especially if it's near the time interval you should change the battery. So, if you've been at work all day you may miss that the constant tone alarm sounded just an hour after you left the house, and because by the time you get home the battery is now depleted and the alert has stopped sounding. As a result unless it's in an obvious location the water leak will keep flooding after you get home. This could lead to major damage because the alert stopped sounding instead of a nuisance water spill had you heard the alert still "chirping" when you got home. By using "chirping" to substantially reduce the power required to sound the alarm it could "chirp" loudly for days even with a battery already nearly depleted.
"GOOD VALUE" EXPLANATION
The only reason I clicked on "good value" is that it is very cheap, and as long as you understand the weaknesses described here, you can compensate for them with proper and very attentive maintenance and frequent battery replacement on a regular schedule even if the battery tests "good" in a typical low-cost tester.
