Super reliable
I've purchased many (over 100) Lutron Caseta products over the past few years, and they have all been super reliable. The Pico remotes are extremely awesome, letting you "add" a switch hat includes dimming anywhere you want....what's not to like?

absolutely a great investment!
We already have a Serene, but decided a backup was a good idea. It has made a world of difference in enjoying tv, and this is after a 2 year period to provide long term review. We highly recommend this for anyone not happy with their flat screen tv sound.
