Impeller kit works.
Improved the performance of my Toro 824XL. About two hours to install. Throws wet snow like a champ. I removed the impeller and the drilling was much easier that way and I took the opportunity to replace the belts and grease the auger shaft etc.

Fit my Stihl 038 magnum 2
Old line was basically disintegrating due to ethanol. This fuel line fixed my gas starvation problem

Washer fixed chain spin at idle.
Craigslist 038 magnum with rim sprocket came with a flat washer that created enough friction to spin the chain. This washer was OEM and fixed the problem.
