  I'm pretty sure the seller was unaware of the problem but the winding stem broke when I pulled out the crown to reset the time. That's Chinese watches for you.

  Onyx BOOX Note 32G was defective, freezing during bootups and some other random times during reading. Seller advised to hook it up to computer when I read so it would not freeze. I found doing it so would be very cumbersome, hence returned the device. I bought another one, same brand and model which never freezes. Overall a very good seller to work with on the problem.
