Quality built, great design.
I purchased this item to replace my original aerolatte frother which finally gave up after many years of faithful service. This new frother is just as good if not better as it appears to wisk faster and stronger than before. The Moo design is quite fun and is not out of place in our kitchen. I had picked up a cheaper version (not aerolatte) which was rubbish and broke after just a year of not very heavy use. It just goes to show, you pay for quality and aerolatte certainly is that. Best if all the outer design has not changed in all these years so it fits my existing stand (pictured) but after all, if a product is this good why change it?

Cheap price, poor product quality.
The main problem with this item is that the on/off switch does not work properly. In order to make the whisk operate I have to move the switch half way and hold it there otherwise it will not work at all. Also, the whisk is not aligned properly with the motor and so it shakes when it spins which makes it uncomfortable to use and reduces the spinning speed due to it's excessive wobble. The whole construction feels cheap and nasty, but then for the price I guess I should not have expected an better.
