Continue your exploration of self defense!
This is a good basic DVD, but I wish that the Kubotai was available for resale or acquisition SOMEWHERE! This is a good basic self defense training video, where you can take techniques and apply them elsewhere to your training.

Tour de France: The Early Years - Tesh, John (CD 1990)
Ya gottaa loe the Tour to love this CD, but you can feeel the excitement of Tesh's energy and flow! His use of acoustic and electric instruments is his hallmark and it shows in his early work. His Tour de France CD is better, but I prefer his older works to his newer "soupy" stuff. Enjoy listening!
