Good place to start learning about ALA.
Bert Berkson was one of the leaders about ALA treatment in general, but a volume of study has been done in the 21 years since he wrote his book. His style is readable for anyone new to the idea of ALA theory, so maybe start with Bert but then don't stop there ?
