    As described. Extremely well packed with [ industrial bubble wrap ]. Came shipped [ upside down ] yet thanks to extremely well wrapped & firmly packed packaging, shipping proved safe despite iMac being upside down when delivered. I am pleased to report that everything came out fine & iMac works well. The edgings chipped glass around screen bevel easily covered with black electrical tape to further protect its integrity. Very pleased with my purchase. EXCELLENT seller. Great Buy.

[Sorry I can't space down and this will look like run-on sentences since I'm doing it on a phone] ... addressed every issue that came up and we were able to get everything resolved quickly. It came with an account password issue but was able to resolve it, shipping company cracked the screen but the seller responded in kind by giving back a partial refund to put towards a replacement screen. Happy with the service. Only thing I can mention for future shipping, fragile stickers

    Shipping on time (2 day FedEx). Well packed (appropriate computer box and swaddled with bubble wrap envelope and extra cushioning. FedEx handled with care, too, so I'm o.k. with the shipping charges and speed of service.. Professionally clean - Pristine, actually: the A-1 rating on screen and case and keyboard appears to be very accurate. I was extremely pleased with the transaction and the communication.
