Bissell Shampooer Fiasco

I bought this from Ebay. I was used. It worked well, but it left my carpet wet. Then, we were shampooing the sofa, and it made this horrible sound from the brushes. Then it would not suck the water back up. So, I figured I should file a claim and see what needed to happen. I saved the box just in case I had to tear it down and repack it, then ship it! UGH! (I did not want to do that!) To my surprise, It was very easy to do, (I'M computer challenged) I had my teenagers upload the receipt and, WALA! They were like, check your email. I figured it was for a shipping label, but to my SURPRISE, it was a digital egift card for the purchase price to purchase another unit! Which I did!!! This company is AMAZING!!! I'm so glad I bought this plan! I bought it again, just in case, and I always will! I tell ALL my friends to buy their warranty because they are upstanding, and HASSLE FREE!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so incredible and helping me in my time of need!!! I can't say THANK YOU enough!!! Tammi

Ditched my Dyson

I had the Dyson Pet vacuum. After the 1st couple months it sucked, but more like a cheap one. I bought this one, and what a huge difference it made on my carpet! It brings back the nap, pulls out the finest dust particles! Its amazing on getting the cat hair off my sofas! I tell everyone about this machine! Filters are easy to remove and clean!
