Internal health benefits
4 of 4 found this helpful I started on a referral from a friend and worked my way up to 1tbsp/day quickly. I feel relief in both my arthritis and nerve pain based on the first two full weeks of use. I want to say my overall well-being has improved but may be just the result of experiencing less pain. I take it once in the morning an hour before I eat breakfast, in water. I put it in my dogs' food too. I haven't really noticed a difference in my nails and hair growth yet but I feel better in the mornings by not having to limber-up for the first ten minutes like I did before. So being a joint lubricant is its strongest attribute to date in my case. With the better overall feeling maybe a placebo effect, I don't know but it's got at least a positive effect against my arthritis going for it

Fresher
If you buy them from the Netherlands. I've purchased them here and they've not been as fresh as this last time. Was almost three weeks to get them but worth the wait.

Bang for the buck
Speaking in terms of light only, it is a good one, providing lots of light. Very light unit made of plastic except for the reflector. I used zip ties around the reflector to mount them. I just didn't trust using the plastic housing to mount them. Very good value, but I'd rather have the more expensive USA made lights.
