Built like a TANK!
Definitly stronger than the old stamped steel rocker panels that they bolt to. I could barely lift them into place under the truck to line the bolts they were so heavy. Finish appears well done with a durable textured semi-flat black finish. Only discrepancy is they come improperly labelled "driver side " and "passenger side" so check and measure the mounting locations before trying to install or halfway through you'll find the mounts don't all line up on that side.

May take a bit of work but a great alternative to a whole new cable.
Every broken cable end is differnet. In my case, I had to drill out the inside of the new end to make it deeper so that the latch would engage properly chen the door closed. Without modification, it was holding the latch too far open and wouldnt latch, but I got it to work with the above modification.
