The real thing
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a half roller with a firm consistency that does what it was designed to do. I use it for my PT exercises to strengthen my foot, ankles and calves. Try tightrope walking forward and back.

Just what the therapist ordered
This is a very firm roller- with a nice inside finish, making it easy to roll out parts of your body. Much less expensive than the name brand, but just as good (I have both).

This unit doesn't act like Original Equipment
The velcro on the bag does not stay tightly closed. It appears substandard. Same with the velcro that attaches to the piece around the hose to the unit. It is flimsy.
The plastic around the neck of the bag which goes into the Polaris itself is difficult to seat properly. Twice when I thought I had connected it to the Polaris machine, it popped off and the Polaris went around putting the pool debris right out the top of the unit. Not good. I am suspicious whether this is actually OEM. I doesn't seem nearly as good as what I used to have from Polaris.
