The laptop look good, but my problem is...

The laptop look good, but my problem is that the touch pad keep on sticking from the very first day I got it. I checked the settings and it's okay. But the touch pad just stick repeatedly and it's a bit annoying. I know I barging for this but I am still not happy with that aspect of the laptop.
