GREAT Book
I love this book! I think this is the perfect book for anyone looking to make contact with the Spirit world. Raymond Buckland makes it seem so easy and gives detailed instructions that make it easy to understand.

A Definite Energy Booster
I absolutely love this along with the shakes and the DFT patches. It definitely gives me that energy I've been needing. I would recommend it to anyone who is tired all the time and has trouble making it through the day. The first time I tried it, I lost 12 lbs in my first 2 weeks. However, I was diagnosed with diabetes and the 3rd week on it my doctor put me on Metformin. The Metformin can cause a decrease in absorption of Vitamin B-12. So even with the Thrive, I was more tired than I had been to begin with. I just recently quick taking the Metformin and started the Thrive again and I'm not regretting it at all. I honestly believe that the Thrive will help me with my weight and get my diabetes under control. It gives me the energy I need to go to the gym and I don't crave Diet Mt Dew anymore or other sweets, which is a great thing! It kind of reminds me of Adipex but without the awful side effects, like your heart racing a mile a minute and the awful "crash" I would experience in the evenings.
