The pump is not quiet and it has only 5W at 12V, not 19W

The pump is not quiet, when tested whit voltage regulator source it had a current of 0.46A max, at 12V, which means 5.52W. Thus, the pump doesn't have 19W at 12V and the water flow is much lower.

Good item for everyday use
