Waste of Money and time.
The book is badly written, the author's command of English is poor and the information at best is basic and in a lot of areas doesn't make any sense.

Works well
These are really good hand warmers. Takes a little practice to get the sticks alight with a few blows through the holes at the sides. But very effective for over four hours. Useful for the golf course and the football terrace, with over 4hrs of heat.

Value for Money IPOD
When your 7 year old asks for an ipod what do you do? Well a refurbished IPOD nano for £40 proved a valuable answer. It small and compact, holds in excess of 300 songs and photos and has a few games thrown in as well. It's not got all the bells and whistles of the expensive new models but does a great job at excellent value for money. I plan on using it when I go to the gym as well. It's so small and the sound quality is really good.
