  This supplier was badly let down by their carrier. Despite this they put all the necessary effort into ensuring that I finally received the printer. The printer was extremely well packaged and exactly as described. For this level of printer the price was very competitive and the printer is very good value and produces excellent work.

  My first time buying a refurbished product from this company, I was a little concerned but reassured by their 30 day return policy. Watch described as being excellent and it was, the packaging was a little less so..showing signs of use. Delivered in 24 hours using Royal Mail 24 tracking service. Got a 20% discount on an already very good price so paid £224 vs £399 + 12 month warranty! Watch looks good on my 6.5 inch wrist even with a protective shield on it I am a very satisfied customer
