So Disappointed.

I really wanted to love this flat iron! I was so excited to get it. I plugged it in over night to get a full charge. Turned it on the next morning, it took about 5 minutes to heat up. After straightening one strip of hair it is dead and won’t turn back on, even while being plugged in. So disappointed I wasted money on this.
