Samsung 32" TV
Gives a good account of itself, for an older model. Picture is pin sharp with good contrast and saturation. Obviously, is only DVB-T, so needs external source, eg SKY box etc for best performance, but even the basic DVB-T channels look better on this set, than on any of its cheaper rivals.
If there is a niggle, it's the same as most FP screens, and it is the issue of sound. It's good enough for non-critical viewing, but definitely needs help, eg a soundbar or.external amp for best effect with films etc.
All in all, still a stylish quality set from a trusted brand, and doesn't look out of place in an average living room - though I bough it as a bedroom set.

Quality and economical replacement plug leads
First up, these leads are very close match to the originals, in length, materials and in quality.
A fine soft grey silicone that feels good to handle and is easy to route from distributor to spark plug. The leads are of the exact same diameter as the originals and fit perfectly into all the clips and grips along their route. Being new, they are delightfully pliable and stay where you put them.
The plug cap (the long blue plastic part) looks and feels as good as the original and is sealed to the leads by the same rubber top and fits perfectly onto the plugs. The rubber sealing disc at the lead entry fits perfectly into the top of the plug wells and definitely looks the part. The lower silicone seal is fixed in place by the same method as in the originals and has the same quality feel.
The connection to the distributor cap is very snug and water tight - just as it should be and snaps reassuringly into place. Likewise with the HT lead from coil to distributor cap.
I've run this set of leads on my V70 for just over a fortnight and have not encountered any reason to complain. If anything, the car's performance has improved during this time (previously, the engine would misfire, stutter and falter when pulling away from junctions etc. or whilst accelerating hard). I am pretty confident that these leads could last as long as the originals and may well outlast the car!
For the price - a very good deal!

2kW Apollo Greenhouse Heater. Strong, well built, quiet, good quality.
Straight out of the box, this heater presents itself as a solidly built unit. It has a strong metal casing, which is double skinned at the sides, and a decent carry handle. The flex is maybe a tad shorter than I'd like, but that's no big issue and would appear to be of a silicone sheath construction. the colour is a calming light grey which I like a lot.
At 2kW, this heater is ideal for a small workshop or large shed, or as the advert says, greenhouse! - I find the 1kW is quite adequate for most of the time.It runs smoothly and quietly, and is not at all intrusive in use. Because of its generous size, the heat it gives off is very mild at 1kW (not concentrated into a small jet) and gives a very comfortable working environment in a short space of time. The main switch has a business like feel, and is very decisive in its operation. Similarly, the thermostatic control feels good, and actually works to regulate the temperature, unlike the horrid plastic domestic offerings. I'd be quite happy to use this heater in the house as well as in the workshop.
At the price, I feel it is a good deal, and well worth the money. I hope and expect this heater to have a decent lifespan. Although I've had one for almost three weeks now, I bought a second one about a week ago (it must be good for me to buy two!) I cannot know at this stage just how well it will continue to work into the future, but I'm confident that it will last longer than a dozen of the plastic efforts, and costing less than twice the price of one, it will work out far cheaper in the longer run.
