    The seller did not send the item and refunded my money. He gave the wrong address as the reason, which is not true. When I wrote a letter, he did not respond. Therefore, he is not entirely reliable.

    This buyer used a known freight forwarder (Ibex Group) tied to repeated scam reports. My policy clearly states I do not ship to freight forwarders or outside the U.S. To protect my business, I canceled the order and issued a full refund. The cancellation reason was accurate. Claiming otherwise is dishonest and misleading. Sellers, be aware—this address has been linked to fraudulent activity. I stand by my decision and my right to enforce store policies.
