Satisfied customer!
I was saddened when the old carafe broke after many years of use. This is a very good coffee maker, brews at the correct temperature etc. I didn't want to get a new one. And Braun no longer manufactures this model, nor the replacement carafes.
The carafe is exactly the same as the old one before it broke. Perfect. As pictured. Came well packed in bubble wrap, stuffed w/newspaper. Arrived quickly.
I am happy.
