Not many people are qualified to review a Fellini movie. I'm not one of them.
It would help to first read about twenty books on WW2, Mussolini, the Italian character as depicted by Italian Italians, not Hollywood Italians, and to remember that the Italians depicted in Fellin's Roma are possibly vignettes of the director's childhood remembrances, wonderfully presented.
I completely accept that absolutely no one has the slightest interest in my opinion of the film. They only want to think that their opinions are read by the whole world.
