Works great for shrink tubing and shrinkwrap
I purchased this heat gun for the uses named in the title and it has performed well..
What I haven't done is run it for more than about a minute at a time, so I can't say whether it overheats when used for prolonged periods such as would be required for paint removal, an application for which the manufacturer provides a joke of a lightweight attachment. It's the one at the upper left in the image. If you want to remove paint with this gun, plan on using a separate paint scraper with it.
My requirements are not very demanding of this tool and, for me, it is a good value. I could have easily spent 3 to 10 times as much and received no better functionality. Your mileage may vary.

Solved keeping the tablecloth in place when dining outdoors.
These work as expected on a wide range of table thicknesses.

At least they're comfortable to wear
Often the signal drops out when I merely turn my head while I'm sitting within 3 meters of the base unit/ charging stand. Maximum range is only about 6 meters, much less than the spec. There is way more than enough volume and I would like to have a greater range of rotation of the volume control to adjust levels so that the sound wouldn't go from off to earsplittingly loud with only a tiny amount of rotation.
Generally, this headset is satisfactory and it is far more comfortable than other products I've owned in the past.
