Endure Reel
I use four of these reels two are set up for using the downrigger on trout and the other two are set up for stripped bass.
The drags are the best out of the box for under $180 reel and after hundreds of fish up to 30Lbs they all still are smooth as glass and as tight as when new. You can pay more but why???

Best bang for the buck
4 of 4 found this helpful I looked at several different brands of 10x42 binoculars and found no difference in the lens until you spend close to $1000. I have an eye problem with my right eye and found the Bushnell would focus better for me than all the others.
They are as good as it gets in low light and shadows. I really like that I can use them with a tripod or shooting stick because they are clear enough to spot with. They feel good in the hand and the adjustments are stiff enough to hold but easy to change as needed. There are a couple of 10x42s that weigh just a couple of ounces less but using the harness I can't tell the difference. The only thing I find that is not the best is the lens covers, one of them does not stay closed not the end of the world and has not stopped the hunt. Have used them on a couple of coyote hunts so far and am very happy with them. Can't wait for some deer and antelope tags this season I know they will help stocking the freezer.

waterprofing
I will make this simple to understand, don't waste time or money on anything else. I have tried many other products and don't get the results 303 Fabric Guard gives you in two easy steps. 1. Wash and dry. 2. Spray and wipe. I own a 20 year old canvas cover and treat once a year. It still is waterproof. I live in NV and the boat stays outside in the weather. The weather here is lots of sun, wind and dust, rain and snow. Enough said it's the best.
