  Item was as just described (new) but took 3 days to be dispatched by seller then they used different carrier than paid for item took 2 weeks to arrive- contacted seller but after few messages, it was me chasing and contacting carrier not seller.

  Yes, I had a problem with Evri (label problem/scan problem) so decided to go with 48h delivery service from RoyalMail but they also failed! They send it wrong hub and that caused a delay. Now I'm suffer for this...ehh...
