Ok but not as good as a Blackberry or any other device with a full keyboard
This device is a decent entry level communications device if you dont want to spring for a data plan. The full qwerty keyboard make it easy to use for text messaging.

Great smartphone
This is a very nice smartphone. It does lack a flash for the camera but for my purposes its not needed. The quality is very good and the has all the features I need. What I like the best is the fact that the GPS feature does work with third party navigation apps such as Google Maps, LifeinPocket, and the EndoMondo workout tracking software.
Very highly recommended. I was looking at the 9650 as well, since my wife has one from work, but when I compare the two side by side, I like the 9330 better.
