Okay phine
0 of 2 found this helpful Got it for my mom witch would of been her first iPhone but she complained bout it sense the day I gave it to her. She didn’t KNO that iPhone and Android are totally 2 different kind of phones. Then she complained bout how low the volume was. Said she could only hear the person on the other end loud if she was wearing ear phones or Bluetooth. But I hve a cousin that needed a phone cuz her 5c was jack up and she loves it. It’s not cracked. Not that messed up looking. And my cuzin don’t mind the volume cuz she stay with headphone n her head anyway. But I had a 7 plus fat eventually started same thing and my sister has a 6 days does the same and also hard of the same thing happening to different old phones witch means the volume had nothing to do with the phone. Jus seems if u don’t hve a up to date iPhone that is a possibility. But phone works great. Only complaint is the battery don’t stay charge long and dies fast so my cuzin have to keep a battery pack I bet at all times
