Sounds great at first.

But it burned out in less then a week. When it arrived it made a rattling sound when you shook it. I got 2, let's see how long the 2nd one last. Right now not to happy.

Operates as advertised, and more.

I placed one on my TV, and one on my analog stereo. The sound is rich, far more fuller than any set of cables I've ever used. As with any electronics, you have to be gentle with it when you turn it on/off. Do not hold it on the connection side when you do so. You my mess up the RC connection. For the price, I couldn't be more pleased.
