Good product all around.

This is an inexpensive way to move from low-res recording, e.g., to DVD, to hi-res 1080p. I've read some negative comments in reviews but haven't encountered the problems cited. Of course, there is no hard copy, just files. Also, I had email contact with the manufacturer, and that was very satisfactory.

Works fine, and cheap

Works perfectly to mate a single keyboard, printer, scanner, etc. to two computers. I've ganged three of these switchers together for that purpose.
