Great Pen from Sailor
I now have three Sailor Pro-Color 500's. This pen is an economical pen I feel comfortable to take out with me. The pen has a steel nib which always writes first time, every time. Never skips, never hard starts, never railroads. I have to fill in forms with small space allowed and I love how crisp this nib is. I have many pens from Pilot, Sailor and Platinum (as well as pens from other manufacturers). Sailors are known for having "toothy" nibs. I love this feel for my close quarter work on the forms. The Sailor converters are a bit on the small capacity side, so with my Pro-Color 500's, I refill the cartridges with a syringe. I also like that the pen has a screw on cap. The pen is comfortable to write with both unposted and posted. I highly recommend this economical pen.
