This book is full of shortcuts, tips and tricks!
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is full of shortcuts and tips - it's not necessary for me to follow the menu for each dinner, however, picking up time saving ways to prep and cook is the reason why I wanted this book. I love watching Jamie Oliver's cooking shows over the years. I think mis en place is the key to every good cook's process, and he shows so many tricks it will surprise even the most experienced home cook.
