Sad purchase and lame return policy

I've been a Bberry user for years and could always count on the quality. This speaker worked twice and stopped holding a charge or working all together even when plugged in. Since I did not use the speaker right away, the 30 days warranty provided by the retailer was no longer available (30 days from the shipping date). very disappointed!
