  Seller fake mailed the watches with no tracking #. Seller gave tracking updates via email when I requested without actually showing me a tracking history. Finally after about 45 days I asked eBay to step in where they refunded my money. Seller then relists the same watches again under a different username using the same pictures. Why does eBay allow these kind of sellers to remain on their platform?
