  Dishonest seller. I bought 4 Prismatic Evolution Pokemon Center as a pre order. When the product released the price shot up so he pretended to say he shipped the package out and the post office lost it. He kept my money hostage for over a month telling eBay he shipped it out with no proof. I could have used that money to buy cases from other sellers. Very inconsiderate! At the very least he could have refunded me my money instead lying saying he shipped it out and getting my money stuck.
