i' buy a lot off things on eBay but this time eBay didn't help

The drain hole on the bottom came cross treaded an the cap too. the tank was drop with the cap just covering threads so ,you could see where it was hit, an i have pictures but i tried to get it returned an you wanted to charge me for another one ,so being i'm a machinist i fix the damage thread on the plastic nipple an fix the cap the best i could ,so it barely drip when loaded , it had to have drop pretty hard are high to deform the plastic 3/16'' off square so my lost, but people that don't answer when ask to for right reason fall back in other ways , i had the same 15 gal,unit before i bought at harbor freight years ago i sold my ranger so left it installed in it because it was set up to stay mounted wires an all so i have another ranger i wanted to set it up the same way, i should have bought locally. Now i can't leave anything in the tank i have to drain it every time
