Awesome........ Helps panic disorders and derealization
1 of 1 found this helpful I am going to make this short and to the point. Had panic attacks since the age of 5 learned to cope with them. Then at the age of 29 derealization came into my life I struggled with that for almost a year until I found this book, I was desperate willing to try anything, so i bought it. Started reading this book, couldn't put it down actually. It helped so much with my derealization and panic attacks i was amazed. Within a month i was becoming my definition of normal again.
