LOVE IT!!!
I bought this book to give to my future daughter-in-law. It's one I bought for me when it was first printed and I still refer to it. It tells you how long to micro veggies so they are not over cooked. The book is easy to read as well as easy to locate items in. I found it to be very concise and as a result I don't have any other cookbooks about microwaving and don't have to consult the Internet for micro veggie recipes.
