Basics, but not all "complete" training as stated.
For the thoroughly uninitiated, this training is just fine for the true fundamentals. For instance, while it gets into the basics of Microsoft Outlook, it does not, by any means, explore or expose the user to the broader capabilities of the program beyond email functions. It does mention that there are calendaring capabilities, but no actual training at all in this or other Outlook areas. As for Microsoft Word, there is nothing at all about macros, templates, etc. There is good very basis training on how to create/open, edit, save and print documents. But nothing about headers, footers, macros, templates, page types, etc. As for Excel, again, only the very basics. No in depth discussions at all, just opening, rudimentary arithmetic functions, saving, printing... So, almost nothing about the breadth and depth of the built in formulas, or where to access detailed information about them. Nothing about graphing, either. Just the very basics. It is even worse for Access. Almost nothing about form creation and the flexible features built in; nothing at all about reports. Certainly, the basics about table creation, establishing table relationships and referential integrity.
There is a lot to these programs, and I have ordered what I hope to now be, from another "teaching company", a much more in-depth level of training.
This software was not expensive, and I suppose you get what you pay for. Calling it "Complete" training is, however, a clear misrepresentation.
