Pills vs Powder
Working out, trying to grow, etc. I take Creatine for a while, and now switched to the triple C mixtures. Powders of course are more common, and easy to mix with drink, or smoothies, etc. But when travelling , or trips,a nd no cooler, pills are for sure much more convenient. These are on the larger side. No problem for me, but I know there are folks who cannot swallow large pills. Anyway I like these a lot, always have some spare ones with me, in my gym and travel bags.
