  This is the first neutral feedback I have left in years, all positive feedback otherwise. I waited for seller response till last day possible, no reply to notes. 3 problems with transaction . I purchased 2 tubes buy it now, had to pay right away to purchase so couldn’t get combined invoice( way bin works) Seller in written note said combined shipping for two tube same cost as one. No shipping refund. Tube purchased French tipped Metal R2 , got Philips?? Tube instead. Nice tube though. No reply
